No Shows & Late Cancellations

In order to best serve the medical needs of our patients please call Abundant Health promptly if you are unable to attend an appointment. There will be a cancellation fee of $35.00 for all appointments, canceled or rescheduled, within the 24-hour window of the scheduled appointment time.

A “no show” is someone who misses an appointment.  An administrative fee of $35.00 will be billed to your account, and the patient cannot be rescheduled until the no-show fee has been paid. Three (3) “no-shows” within one (1) calendar year will result in a termination of services.
